Bridgewater College seeks a full-time Assistant/Associate Director of Residence Life.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists the Director of Residence Life with all aspects of residence life and judicial matters to include teaching sections of the Choices program. Manages all aspects of honor housing, coordinates residence hall programming, coordinates summer housing, and serves as the maintenance/housekeeping liaison.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
