Mathematics and Computer Science

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science is located in the McKinney Center for Science and Mathematics. Excellent computing facilities are available. Public computer labs in McKinney and across the campus are open 24 hours every day. There is a wide range of computing equipment, software applications and peripherals on hand for student use. All students are provided with e-mail accounts and have access to the Internet through the campus network. There is no additional charge for use of the College's computing facilities. All software applications required for any course are provided for student use. The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science offers majors in mathematics, computer science, information systems management, and physics and mathematics.
