Professor Mary Kay Adams

Mary Kay Adams, Instructor in Music, has a Bachelor of Music and Masters of Music Degrees from the University of North Texas. Previously, she was professor of flute and theory at Arkansas Tech University. She is principal flute of the Shenandoah Symphony Orchestra and the Shenandoah Valley Bach Festival Orchestra. She also plays flute in the Roanoke Symphony. Active as a soloist and chamber musician on both flute and cello, she has performed at conventions of the National Flute Association and Music Educators National Conference.
