BC ATTORNEYS BEGIN NETWORK
Led by two young attorneys, Brydon M. DeWitt, Class of 1992, and Ben Barlow, Class of 1997, a BC Legal Professionals Alumni Network is forming to mentor current students considering law as a career and to facilitate referrals among attorneys. Letters inviting participation have gone out to about 100 BC lawyers. If you would like to join the network and did not receive the letter, contact alumnews@bridgewater.edu to be included. A similar network for medical professionals is in the planning stages.
DAY OF SHARING PLANNED MARCH 3
The Bridgewater College Alumni Association is encouraging alumni and current students to join together in service projects in their hometowns in a national Day of Sharing next March 3. A committee of the alumni association is working with a student group to help plan the effort. If you would like to be involved, you are encouraged to start identifying projects - such as a soup kitchen, a Habitat for Humanity build, a needy family or a trail clean-up, for example - and let the alumni office know at alumnews@bridgewater.edu of your interest.
