The Bridgewater College Office of Alumni Relations has reserved buses to travel to the five away football games this fall. In order for each bus to make the trip, a minimum of 25 passengers must confirm. Below are additional details concerning each trip.
 September 6th – 1 p.m. game time,
at Averett University in Danville, VA
Leave BC at 9:00 a.m., arrive at Averett University by 12 noon. Returning to BC at approximately 7:00 p.m. (depending upon time spent at dinner stop)
25 minimum paid guests for trip to be confirmed: Cost - $50 per person (transportation only)
September 27th – 1 p.m. game time,
at Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA
Leave BC at 7:00 a.m., arrive at Lycoming College by 12 noon. Returning to BC at approximately 10:00 p.m. (depending upon time spent at dinner stop)
25 minimum paid guests for trip to be confirmed: Cost - $85 per person (transportation only)
October 18th – 1 p.m. game time,
at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC
Leave BC at 8:30 a.m., arrive at Guilford College by 12 noon. Returning to BC at approximately 7:30 p.m. (depending upon time spent at dinner stop)
25 minimum paid guests for trip to be confirmed: Cost - $72 per person (transportation only)
November 8th – 1 p.m. game time,
at Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA
Leave BC at 9:00 a.m., arrive at Randolph-Macon Collge by 12 noon. Returning to BC at approximately 8:00 p.m. (depending upon time spent at dinner stop)
25 minimum paid guests for trip to be confirmed: Cost - $40 per person (transportation only)
November 15th – 1 p.m. game time,
at Catholic University in Washington, DC
Leave BC at 9:30 a.m., arrive at Catholic University by 12 noon. Returning to BC at approximately 7:00 p.m. (depending upon time spent at dinner stop)
25 minimum paid guests for trip to be confirmed: Cost - $45 per person (transportation only)
Departure and arrival times are established in order that participants have time for lunch (either packed or from the concession stand) prior to the game and stop for dinner on the way home.
Each bus trip will require a minimum of 25 confirmed passengers by the deadline, and will be on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations and payments will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to each game. If the bus is cancelled for lack of participation, you will be contacted on the Tuesday prior to the game. Please meet the Quick’s alumni bus at the west end parking lot of E. College Street no later than 5 minutes prior to leave time.
