Bridgewater College women's basketball is the eighth oldest women's NCAA Division III program in the country. Over a span of 57 years, the Eagles have won the third-most games in the nation with 776.

Since Jean Willi took over as head coach in 1996, the Eagles have reeled off 208 victories. Nine of her ten seasons have ended with 20 or more wins.

Willi, named conference coach of the year three times, has led four teams to the NCAA tournament, while coaching 10 all-conference players and three all-americans. Under her watch, there have been five 1,000-point scorers.
Marsha Kinder
Marsha Kinder, named to the 2006 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America Women's Basketball Team College Division first team, set a school record with her 548 points during the 2005-06 season. She made a school record 91 three-pointers the same year on her way to earning all-conference first team honors.
