Records & History


The Bridgewater softball program has had a lot of success since Coach Donnie Fulk came on board in 1992. The Eagles have won 398 games, winning 23 or more a season since 1998. In 2007, Coach Fulk led the Eagles to a school record 40 wins and a berth in the NCAA tournament, where they advanced to the round of 16.

Since the Old Dominion Athletic Conference began softball competition in 1990, Bridgewater has been the conference tournament runner-up five times. They have had 40 first team all-conference performers, with three being named named all-american since 2003.
Lindsay Ware
Lindsay Ware, named to the 2006 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division III All-American second team, set a Bridgewater record for doubles in a season with 17 last year. The 2007 senior is a three-time all-conference selection.
