The Eagles have average nearly 28 wins a season the last six years, winning a school record 31 in 2007 as they finished as ODAC regular season champions and tournament runners-up.
Since the ODAC began play in 1982, Bridgewater has had two conference rookies of the year, eight conference players of the year, and 37 all-conference first teamers. Coach Heishman was named conference coach of the year seven times.
