Satisfactory Academic Progress
Many types of federal and state aid require students to maintain satisfactory academic progress. Cumulative grade point averages and credits earned are reviewed at the end of each spring term. The charts below show the minimum standards.

Students receiving aid who do not meet the minimum year-end standards receive a letter from the Financial Aid Office alerting them to their ineligibility for subsequent aid and offering options, which may include an appeal process.
