- A college ID must be presented for each check-out.
- Items may be renewed unless on hold by another patron. May renew in person, by phone, or online. One renewal allowed.
- Instructors interested in placing items on reserve, please see Placing Items on Reserve.
- Reciprocal library borrowing privileges are available for Bridgewater College students, staff, and faculty at Eastern Mennonite University, James Madison University, and Mary Baldwin College. Bridgewater patrons must abide by the rules of those libraries when borrowing their materials.
Fines:
| Overdue charge is $.25 per day per item. Overdue charge for laptops is $3.00 per hour. |
| For overdue items, a community patron's borrowing privileges are suspended until the items are returned and the fine is paid. |
| For lost items, a patron must pay the cost of the item and a $20.00 processing fee. |
| An item is considered lost either when the item is 120 days overdue, or when student loan materials have not been returned within 14 days after the student has completed the academic year or has left the college. |
