Please complete as accurately as possible. The library does not charge faculty, staff, students or faculty emeriti for interlibrary loan services. The library charges community patrons $3.50 per item requested. If the lending library charges any additional fees, the library will notify the patron prior to accepting the charges. Allow at least two weeks for books and at least one week for articles.
