Career
Resource Library
You are encouraged to
send information (brochures, annual reports, typical yearly hiring
needs, contact information, etc.) about your organization to place on
display or file in the Office of Career Services. Our students make
use of these resources in researching prospective employers and career
paths.
Job Fairs
The Office of Career
Services hosts Career Exploration Day once a year. This event involves
alumni who act as mentors to seniors and undergraduates and who
provide opportunities for employment, internships, and just plain good
advice. To find out more about this fair, contact the Office
of Career Services.
Each year Bridgewater
College students are encouraged to participate in Minority Career Day
(sponsored by the University of Virginia Career Services and the
Career Premiere Job Fair, of which Bridgewater is a consortium
member).
The Office of
Career Services at Bridgewater College also promotes/advertises
additional career and education fair events throughout the academic
year.
