Career Development is not just for Seniors. In fact, it began with the experiences you had and the choices you made long before you came to college. Now you are taking charge of your career choice with purpose. The Four-Year Career Action Plan will help you every step of the way as you gain an understanding of yourself and what you want to do after you graduate from Bridgewater College. It begins with self-exploration - finding out who you are, what interests you, and your skills and aptitudes. It ends with a pathway and a plan for success in your chosen career.
