Class Fitness Level Descriptions
AB Zone All The 30 minute class that targets your abdominal muscles in a variety of challenging exercises!
Aero-Step All A cardiovascular combination of step aerobics and floor aerobics. Abs and flexibility training end each session.
A.T.B All A class that targets Abs, Thighs, and Butt for a great toning and strengthening workout.
BodyWorks All A group fitness class designed to tone and shape your muscles from your abs to your arms. Each muscle group will be individually targeted to give you a great workout while at the same time burning calories! A relaxing flexibility session concludes the class.
Cardio Express All A quick 30 minute cardiovascular workout for those in a time crunch!
Cycling All A group exercise class which uses lively music and indoor stationary cycles to provide a thorough non-impact cardiovascular workout. Individuals of all fitness levels from beginning exercisers through hard core cyclists can comfortably exercise together. Due to a limited number of cycles, six spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. All first time cyclers should come early in order to learn how to properly adjust the stationary cycle.
Kickboxing All Kicks, jabs and exciting punch combinations make for an excellent workout session!
Low Impact Aerobics All A fun, low impact exercise class designed to keep your heart rate up and burn lots of calories!
Mix & Match All A combination of various cardiovascular exercises as well as a strength and abdominal toning complete this total body workout.
Speed Fitness Class All Get in shape like the athletes do. Sprint your way to a better work-out. 
This class is for all levels.
Sports Training & Circuits Intermediate A great class for those who do not enjoy fantasy footwork! This classes uses jump ropes, slides, stability balls, dumbbells etc. to provide you with a well rounded workout.
Step Intermediate A popular class over a decade. Class participants learn a basic choreographed routine on a 6-10" step. The class includes some strength and abdominal training as well as stretching.
Yoga/Pilates All This class is combination of Yoga moves and Pilates. It is designed to increase strength and improve flexibility while at the same time leaving you relaxed and stress free.
