 Welcome to the Cardio Center a place where students, staff and faculty can exercise side by side. The lively and friendly atmosphere encourages greater interaction between BC students and the faculty and staff in a non-traditional environment. This creates the opportunity for everyone to get to know each other a little better and to build lasting relationships.
Equipment:
In addition to our community environment, the Cardio Center is equipped with a wide variety of high quality exercise equipment. The Cardio Center is outfitted with Life Pro-Series selectorized strength equipment, free weights and an assortment of treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, bicycles and others. Each piece of cardiovascular exercise equipment has been linked to our Cardio Theater entertainment system. Simply plug in your headphones to enjoy cable and network stations on our 10 televisions.
Student Staff:
Student employees are trained to supervise the Cardio Center and demonstrate how each piece of equipment works. Most of our student employees are majoring in exercise science and related fields. Come meet our fantastic staff and try out the exercise equipment!
