Bridgewater College is seeking an Education Coordinator for the Teacher Education Program.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties of handling phone calls, interacting with candidates and visitors to the program offices and creating and responding to program correspondence
  • Prepare and analyze program data for Title II, State Reports, PEDS and CAEP
  • Prepare and analyze ongoing assessment data
  • Coordinate and provide follow-up on all Field Placements with P-12 school personnel and Bridgewater College faculty
  • Provide Statistical Analysis for BC graduates 5 and 10 years post-graduation
  • Supervise Student Workers
  • Coordinate mailings and communications with prospective students, candidates and program alumni

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or extensive experience in lieu of a degree with demonstrated competence required. Experience with public school systems preferred. Applicants must possess excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills and experience with data analysis and report writing required.
