Bridgewater College is seeking a part-time Grounds Keeper.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains turf areas to include mowing, edging, weeding, watering, fertilizing, resodding, reseeding, dethatching and aerating. Responsible for the upkeep of shrubs and trees to include trimming, shaping branches, watering, mulching and removal. Assists in the pick-up, delivery, and unloading of fill dirt, mulch, fertilizers and ground chemicals. Operates and performs maintenance of lawn mowers, weed-eaters, edgers, shop trucks and tractors.
QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Driver’s license required. Prior experience in grounds is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Bridgewater College is an independent, private liberal arts college founded in 1880.
