Bridgewater College is seeking a Fulltime Office Specialist for the Department of Student Life (DSL).
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to several offices within the Department of Student Life (i.e. Conduct Services and Counseling Services). Additionally, the candidate will serve as the liaison for all IT related issues and processes student health records.
Bachelor’s degree or applicable experience in lieu of a degree with demonstrated competence required. Applicants must possess excellent customer service and oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and must be able to multi-task. Candidates must be proficient in their use of Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of database applications, report writing and basic programming skills a plus.
