What brought you to BC?

From the moment I stepped off the plane and onto campus, I felt welcomed! One of the first things I noticed was all of the renovations occurring around campus. This told me two things: Bridgewater truly cares about its members on campus and there is great pride invested in the overall campus and facilities. Bridgewater College continues to provide a top notch liberal arts education along with a newly enhanced campus for students to enjoy. I suggest that you take some time to check us out in person or online.  I promise you’ll like what you see from inside the classroom to outside on campus.

What advice do you have about the college search process?

My best advice to prospective students and their families is to take your time by exploring all of your options. Finding the right college is an exciting and challenging process. I know that throughout your summer and senior year, you’ll be bombarded with emails, packets, pamphlets and friends and family providing their view points. Take your time exploring all of the possible options that you might have. Also, ask questions if you don’t know or don’t understand something. We encourage you to ask questions, that’s why we’re here! And, come check us out! Experience what we have to offer by meeting with a professor, talking to current students, and exploring what each school has to offer.  These experiences will help bring the emails, packets, pamphlets and those friendly advices to life and help you decide which school is the best choice for you.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?

One of the best parts of my job is when I meet with students and their families at college fairs and they accept my invitation to visit campus. As I mentioned earlier, Bridgewater College is undergoing some incredible changes and it’s exciting to be a part of the community and share this with prospective students and families. It’s truly an exciting time to come to Bridgewater and be a part of this tremendous community. If you’re interested in visiting and seeing what all the excitement is about please feel free to contact me.
