Gospel Extravaganza Set for March 18 at Bridgewater College

Bridgewater College will present a Gospel Extravaganza at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, March 18, in Cole Hall at Bridgewater College.

The concert of traditional and contemporary gospel music includes the Bridgewater College Concert Choir and the Gospel Choir, the Gospel Choir from James Madison University and the gospel group Roderick Giles and Grace.

The Gospel Choir is a student-directed group focused on the uplifting messages found in gospel music.

Giles, a former member of the Eastern High School Choir in Washington, D.C., is CEO of Giles Music Group LLC and is the founder of Grace, the primary singers for the Giles Music Group.

Giles composes and arranges music, directs choirs, provides vocal coaching and conducts vocal workshops.

The concert is free and open to the public.
