Bridgewater College is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Maintain, install and repair of heating, ventilating, air conditioning (HVAC) systems including campus steam distribution equipment.  Schedules, tracks and documents preventative maintenance programs. Completes automated and manual work order assignments in a timely manner. Complies with local, state and federal codes and standards governing HVAC activities. The Technician maintains a safe and clean work environment by following all procedures, rules and regulations. 

QUALIFICATIONS:  Valid Driver’s license required.  A minimum of one year of prior experience in HVAC work with a practical knowledge of materials and tools used. CFC Certification required. Applicant must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis.
