“Share Fair was an amazing experience. I met some of the most intelligent and energized people I have ever known. It was a day that definitely changed my perspective on what my students should and can be doing.” – Alyssa, 5th grade teacher
After stops in cities such as Denver, Washington D.C. and Orlando, Share Fair Nation is coming to the Valley!
Join us at Bridgewater College on Saturday, November 8, for a transformative—and fun—learning adventure! We’re helping teachers bring innovation and technology into their classrooms, and we’re teaching kids to love STEM—science, technology, engineering and math (and we haven't forgotten about the arts)—with hands-on, interactive activities and experiments.
Join us for this FREE, exciting event, sponsored by the Morgridge Family Foundation. The event begins at 9 a.m. for educators and 9:30 a.m. for the public.
Join elementary, high school, and higher ed educators and administrators from across the Shenandoah Valley for a rare opportunity to learn from the nation’s best in classroom technology integration and STEM instruction. You’ll select up to three sessions plus time in the STEMosphere in which you’ll gain the tools to implement and advance STEM teaching and learning methods in your classroom, propelling our schools toward greater 21st century learning opportunities.
At this FREE professional development event, you’ll earn up to eight recertification points, enjoy hands-on time at the STEMosphere for students and families, and enjoy a provided lunch with your colleagues and prize drawings at the conclusion of the event.
Join us for STEMosphere, a FREE, interactive science and technology playground! Learners of all ages can explore, invent and experiment with engineers, scientists, chefs, educators, artists and other experts. You might get to use clay to build muscle groups on life-size, plastic skeletons. Or you could build a 40-foot-tall tower out of KEVA Planks. The opportunities are endless!
Parents, this is a chance to expose your kids to the joys of science, technology, engineering and math. They’ll learn and have fun with some of the nation’s most gifted STEM professionals. It’s the perfect way to spend a Saturday!
STEMosphere is open to the public from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Register for either morning or afternoon and stay as long as you like. All activities are indoors and will be available all day long. The event is rain or shine. Food trucks will be on site for lunch or snacks throughout the day. All ages are welcome!
Please register if you are planning to attend. You are welcome to come regardless, at any time during the day, but registration helps us make plans to accommodate everyone.
This is your chance to share your STEM-inspired, hands-on, brains-on projects and activities with learners of all ages from all over the Shenandoah Valley! You’ll join other engineers, chefs, educators, scientists, clubs, artists, students and education innovators to share your creative adventures with thousands of attendees from the area. Please join us for this FREE opportunity to participate in STEMosphere—our STEM playground—and help get kids excited about learning!
Register now for a 10’x10’ spot where you’ll engage attendees in a hands-on activity to experiment and learn. Be creative! This should not be show-and-tell or a “sales pitch,” though your signs and business cards are permitted.
Bridgewater College is seeking volunteers to help with this exciting event. Be a part of the Valley’s first-ever Share Fair!
