BC Alumnus Shares Personal Journey on March 18

Cesar Sebastian Gomez Abero, special counsel with the Office of Chief Counsel, Division of Corporation Finance, at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), will speak on Monday, March 18, at 7:30 p.m. in Cole Hall at Bridgewater College.

The mission of the SEC is to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly and efficient markets and facilitate capital formation.

Abero will speak on the journey that has taken him from Bridgewater College as a Uruguayan international student to his current position at the SEC. Abero earned his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.

The program is free and open to the public.
