What to Bring to Campus for Your Residence

Checklist of items you could bring that will make your room more like home:

• Bed linens (for extra-long mattress)
• Bike and lock (if desired)
• Carpet /throw rug
• Chair/bean bag
• Cleaning supplies
• Clothing drying rack
• Compact refrigerator (no larger than 4.3 cu. ft., 1 per room)
• Dishes/silverware/can opener/dish soap
• Fan
• First Aid kit with personal medications
• Health insurance information
• Hangers
• Laundry bag/laundry detergent
• Microwave (no larger than 1.0 cu. ft., 1 per room)
• Power strip-surge protector
• Shower caddy/towels/washcloth
• TV and DVD player (recommended 1 per room)

Items to leave at home:

• Pets (harmless fish are allowed)
• Full-size refrigerators

• Space heaters
• Air conditioners (medical permission required)
