These are the chromosomes of Trillium pusillum Michaux.  Data taken from three different varieties of this taxon are all identical.  The only other published study of T. pusillum chromosomes is that of Baldwin (1949).  I saw no major differences in these chromosomes.  See:  Baldwin, J.T.  1949.  Chromosomes of Trillium pusillum Michaux. var. virginianum Fernald.  Rhodora 51:368.
