LEARNING TO USE MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007

I. Introduction

Open Microsoft Word 2007 by going to its default location on the Start menu (Start/Programs/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Word 2007) or wherever it is located on your computer. You will see a display that looks similar to the image below.

This looks quite different than previous versions of Microsoft Office. However all of the functionality that we expect is present, but the ways to access it are different. Here we will explore:

2. The Office Button
3. The Quick Access Toolbar
