These links show a few of the possibilities (constructed by Richard Bowman) for using Forms and JavaScript in the academic arena.

• Information Form for this JavaScript and Forms site illustrates the variety of elements that can be used in an HTML form.
• Simple Calculator - a simple calculator that can add and divide two numbers.
• Sample Quiz - using the 'JS Quiz Maker' engine to generate True/False and multiple-choice quiz to which new questions can be easily added and which is graded on the web with results emailed to the instructor; it also checks to make certain that the student's name and email address are present.
• Interactive Science Activities on the Web ( http://www.bridgewater.edu/~rbowman/ISAW/) - using JavaScript to make interactive science simulations.
