Born and raised in Staunton, Virginia.  After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School, Mrs. Mooneyham received an Associates Degree from Chowan College in Murfreesboro, NC. In 1997 she received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Mennonite University. Currently she resides in Augusta County with her husband, two children, cat and dog.  Mrs. Mooneyham is an active member of the Staunton Church of the Brethren.
