If you’re interested in engineering as a career path, major in applied physics or physics at Bridgewater College. Take the challenge and you’ll find you’re prepared for graduate study in engineering, higher education or research.
And if you want to get your engineering degree at the same time, we have a dual degree agreement with Virginia Tech. This allows Bridgewater students to earn a B.S. from Bridgewater and a B.S. in engineering from Virginia Tech.
You’ll take three years of classes in physics, math and the liberal arts at Bridgewater, followed by a minimum of two years of intensive engineering studies.
Five to six years. Two degrees. Think what you might do.
