Lyceum: Roderick Giles & Grace (Postponed until fall 2019)

Lectures by Steve Schmidt, Nikki Giovanni and Robert Jones headline spring semester arts and events programs at Bridgewater College.

Jacob McDaniel (bass guitar) and Alexander Ward (percussion) will present a senior recital featuring “Anxious Blues” composed by the two musicians

The Symphonic Band will present a tribute to the 100-year anniversary of the ending of World War I.

Tenor Elliott Paige, a graduate of JMU and the Manhattan School of Music, and pianist Donald Lee III, will perform at BC.

The Jazz Ensemble will perform a wide array of musical styles, including swing, rock, funk, mambo and blues. The Ensemble will also perform Respect by Otis Redding and made popular by the late Aretha Franklin.
