Spring Transfer Day

You are invited to attend our Spring Transfer Day on Friday, April 26 between 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. If you are considering transferring, please check out Bridgewater College! This will be a great opportunity to explore your options. You will learn about the transfer process, academics, student life, financial aid and admissions.

Personalized Visit

Personalized Summer Visits: May 6 August 9

You can schedule an appointment with an admissions counselor and take a campus tour between May and August as follows:

Monday – Thursday

  • 9:15 a.m. appointment and 10 a.m. tour
  • 10 a.m. tour and 11 a.m. appointment
  • 1:15 p.m. appointment and 2 p.m. tour
  • 2 p.m. tour and 3 p.m. appointment

Friday

  • 9:15 a.m. appointment and 10 a.m. tour
  • 10 a.m. tour and 11 a.m. appointment

Keep in mind that students will not be on campus, and the dining hall is closed.

Personalized Semester Visits: September May 3

Monday – Friday Visits

Our admissions counselors are traveling to college fairs and visiting high schools in September, October and November. During these months, you can get a personalized visit followed by a campus tour led by a Student Ambassador. Students can also request the opportunity to attend a class, talk with a professor or athletic coach, tour our equestrian center and be our guest for a meal in the dining hall. If you would like to personalize your visit to campus, please give us notice at least one week ahead of time to make these arrangements.

Appointment Times: 9:15 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m.

Saturday Visits

A Saturday visit includes a one-on-one information session and a campus tour led by a Student Ambassador. Our Saturday appointments often fill quickly, so call us as early as possible to get your first choice.

Appointment Times: 8:15 a.m., 9 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.

Open House

Open Houses are designed for high school and transfer students to gain insight into what it is like to be a BC student. These are day-long events with check-in at 9 a.m. and lunch concluding around 1:30 p.m. The schedule includes informational sessions for both prospective students and families.

Open House Information Sessions:

  • Academic Overview
    The session highlights distinctive features within our four academic divisions and the Center for Engaged Learning.
  • Student panel
    Ask questions to a panel of current students regarding academics, student life, meals, sports and other questions regarding campus life.
  • Admissions and Financial Aid
    The session reviews criteria, dates and deadlines for the enrollment process.
  • Meeting with faculty, staff and coaches
    Visit with faculty from the four academic divisions, learn about additional student services, have your questions answered about admissions and financial aid, and meet athletic coaches.
  • Campus Tour and Lunch
    Tour campus with a Student Ambassador and be our guest for lunch. A tour of the equestrian center is available following lunch.

Sophomore and Junior Spring Visitation: April 15-18 and April 22-26

During this time of year when many high schools are having their spring breaks, we would like to invite you to spend some time with us! We will be holding group sessions for sophomores and juniors. Visit Bridgewater College and learn about academics, student life, athletics, financial aid, and admissions followed by a tour of campus.

During the weeks of April 15 and April 22, there will be morning sessions starting at 10 a.m. and afternoon sessions starting at 2 p.m.

High school seniors and transfer students, please call the admissions office at 540-828-5375 to set up your individual visit. If you will graduate from high school in 2020 or after, please register below.
