Orientation

Orientation is an important first step in becoming a BC Eagle! We’re excited for you to have the opportunity to engage with faculty, staff and current students through a variety of sessions. Every college approaches orientation differently, but at Bridgewater, orientation happens in two parts: Summer Orientation and Fall Welcome Week.

BC Families, you are invited to join us to learn more about what it means to have a BC Eagle in your family. See information below about the Family Orientation virtual event.

First-year students, Step 1 is complete! Thank you to everyone who attended the Summer Soar Orientations on June 23-26 to visit campus and connect and engage with campus resources. We look forward to welcoming you back to campus for Welcome Week.

Step 2: Welcome Week

For new, first-year students, Welcome Week is a mandatory part of your first-year experience. August 17 is the day that you’ll join our Bridgewater community. Welcome Week is designed for you to meet your FILA 150 classmates and a Soar Mentor, to learn expectations of living in the BC community and to provide resources to enhance your academic success. Welcome Week is your first step in discovering how you belong in the BC Community.
