Anonymous Reporting and Additional Contacts

As more fully described in Section 2.16 of the Employee Handbook (“Whistleblower Policy”), we are all responsible for bringing suspected unethical conduct to the attention of College officials when we have a good-faith belief that such conduct has occurred. Ethical misconduct means non-compliance with a law or regulation, a College policy, the Code of Conduct, or other requirement applicable to the College. A violation of College policy or the Code of Conduct may also constitute a violation of a law or regulation.

Other Reporting Resources

In an emergency, call 911, or Campus Police at 540-828-5609. Non-emergency calls should be placed to Campus Police at 540-828-5761

BC Cares

BC Cares is the College-wide reporting system for student concerns including general misconduct, academic misconduct and sexual misconduct. Report anonymous crime tips to Campus Police.

Matters that must be reported include, but are not limited to: theft, fraud, or other financial irregularity; misuse of College resources; misuse of grant funds; activities undertaken for personal benefit or the benefit of family or friends at the expense of the College (conflicts of interest); unlawful discrimination; and crimes of violence.

Reporting a violation is completely anonymous and no identifiable information (e.g. name, email address, IP address) is recorded. You may report a violation using the box below.

All reports are sent directly to Dr. Leona Sevick, Provost and Executive Vice President of Bridgewater College.
